Immediate Safety Measures Secured at Condamine Street, Balgowlah
After being contacted by local residents following yet another serious vehicle collision at the Balgowlah Village (formerly Stockland) car park exit on Condamine Street, I raised the issue directly with the Minister for Roads and the Northern Beaches Council.
I’m pleased to report that Transport for NSW (TfNSW) will now repaint line markings and introduce a protected pedestrian traffic light phase, while Council is looking to install safety bollards across the road to better protect pedestrians and nearby homes.
These upgrades should be delivered in the coming weeks. Thank you to the residents of Condamine Street for their advocacy, and to Council and TfNSW for acting quickly to deliver these much-needed safety improvements.
Future Manly Community Survey
Thank you to everyone who has completed my Future Manly Survey – your insights are helping to shape a clearer picture of what our community wants for the years ahead.
I’ve heard a wide range of ideas, from better E-bike management and housing solutions to improved roads, transport and public spaces. If you haven’t yet shared your views, there’s still time. Your feedback will play an important role in highlighting your priorities and the practical outcomes you want me to champion in NSW Parliament.

Fighting to Reinstate the Barangaroo-Manly Fast Ferry Service
I am calling on the Government to reinstate the Manly-Barangaroo fast ferry. Hundreds of locals have contacted me about the loss of this vital service, which once provided a direct, efficient link to one of Sydney’s fastest-growing precincts.
The demand is clear, and a reinstated service would significantly cut travel times and reduce reliance on multiple transport modes. The Government should add the route back to the Ferry timetable. In my discussions with Transport, I’ll continue to push for this to become a reality.

Warringah Mall Development Proposal
Plans to redevelop Warringah Mall with up to 1,500 new homes presents an important opportunity to increase housing supply on the Northern Beaches – but only if matched by proper transport and infrastructure investment.
In NSW Parliament, I delivered a Notice of Motion calling on the Government to release the long-overdue Northern Beaches Road Network Review that was promised, and develop a long-term transport infrastructure plan for our area to ensure any major development is backed by the infrastructure investment to accommodate this growth.
You can read my Notice of Motion below:
One Meal Christmas Hamper Appeal
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated to the One Meal Christmas Hamper drive through my office over the past month. Your generosity has made a meaningful difference to those in our community who would otherwise go without this Christmas.
It’s been inspiring to see our community come together with such kindness. My thanks also go to the hardworking One Meal team, and especially to local legend Steve Perks, who helped transport the many boxes we received. This initiative is a reminder of the compassion that makes Manly such a special place.
Acknowledging Local Legends in NSW Parliament
One of the great privileges of representing Manly in NSW Parliament is getting the opportunity to acknowledge and promote the incredible individuals and organisations doing great things in our community. If you know anyone or any business you think is deserving of acknowledgment, please reach out to me or my office!
