Additional B-Line Buses Secured

During the election campaign I made a commitment to deliver an increase in the number of B-Line buses servicing the Manly area to meet customer demand and improve reliability. This was in response to concerns which were raised with me in the community.
 
After months of lobbying, the NSW Government agreed to provide an additional 146 B-Line services throughout the week to meet an increase in customer demand, reduce overcrowding on buses and improve reliability of the service.
 
Extra buses now run during weekday peaks on other popular routes including the 150X, 165X, 170X and 174X.
 
I know there’s still more to do in this space, and I am pleased with this result and remain committed to ensuring that Manly and the Northern Beaches receive the best possible bus services.
